For 2023, I was honored to represent two of the Top Ten Sales in Lower South Hillsborough
Year after year, Lower South Hillsborough is one of the top performers in Town, based on median sales price and price per sq. ft. achieved. This dreamy, history-laced neighborhood in the flats not far from downtown San Mateo typically ranks #2 just behind Lower North Hillsborough. I'll look forward to updating the final numbers for all 10 Hillsborough neighborhoods after December 31. If Lower South were its own Zip Code it would rank within the Top 5 across the United States based on a $5,550,000 median sales price so far this year.
