The total Hillsborough inventory has hovered around 30 homes for sale so far this year, a low supply indeed. In addition to the Hillsborough homes sold this Spring in the spreadsheet below, there has recently been an $11,000,000+ closing for a 2-acre estate off-market. 250 Bridge Road (pictured) at one of Lower South Hillsborough's favorite streets, closed in February for $6,300,000 as a new construction at $1,438 per sq. ft. per 4,379 sq. ft. in MLS, which should be theoretically a bit higher even as the livable sq. ft. is likely under 4,000 as advertised in previous listings.
